During the proof-of-concept phase of the platform to improve skills by providing excellent short learning experience for underserved families and communities, we will focus on the following aspects:
User needs research: Conduct in-depth interviews and surveys with target users in underserved families and communities to understand their learning needs, interests and pain points. These survey results will guide us to develop applicable learning content and features for their needs.
Learning content development: Based on user needs and survey results, we will develop short, easy-to-understand learning content and combine it with OpenAI’s technology to provide professional educational resources and learning materials to help users quickly improve their skills.
Personalized learning experience: Using OpenAI’s natural language processing technology and language generation model, we will provide personalized learning experience based on users’ interests and learning progress. Through recommendation systems and intelligent learning path planning, we help users learn on demand, develop their skills and improve their confidence.
User feedback and iteration: Maintain close communication with users, collect their feedback and opinions, and use them as an important basis for platform improvement and iteration. We will continue to improve user experience and functions to ensure that our platform can truly meet their needs.
Through the proof of concept, we will understand the commercial feasibility, user acceptance and learning effects of the platform. We will work with relevant organizations and communities to jointly validate our concept and make appropriate adjustments and improvements based on feedback and data. Ultimately, we will provide underserved families and communities with an excellent learning platform to improve their skills and broaden their career and life opportunities.
